What is Pilates?

Pilates is a method created by Joseph Pilates that combines stretching, strengthening and breathing practices that contribute to improving flexibility, posture, balance and muscle strength. It can be practiced at different levels of intensity and is accessible to everyone, of all ages and physical conditions, thanks to the existence of specialized machines for this purpose that were created by Joseph himself. It is an excellent option for those looking to improve the health of their body and mind in a safe and effective way.

Reformer

It is the most well-known and widely used machine in Pilates. It has a sliding platform with adjustable resistance springs and a movable bar that allows for a huge variety of stretching and strengthening exercises.

Cadillac (Trapeze Table)

It is a more advanced and versatile piece of equipment that has bars, handles and springs to provide more challenging and varied exercises.

It is a more compact and portable machine that allows you to perform exercises sitting, standing and lying down, also offering different levels of resistance.

Cylindrical-shaped equipment that helps improve spinal flexibility and joint mobility.
